Return policy
Because wallpaper is a made-to-order product, all returns are subject to each manufacturer’s individual return policy. Many wallpaper manufacturers do not accept returns, and those that do may require prior authorization, restocking fees, and that all rolls be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Charm Wallpaper does not set or control manufacturer return terms. It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand the specific return policy of the selected manufacturer before placing an order. Once an order has been placed or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or returned. We are happy to review manufacturer policies with you prior to ordering.
Standard Manufacturer Return Policy (Example)
If returns are accepted, they typically must be requested within 30 days of receipt. All rolls must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. A restocking fee (often 20–35%) may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom, made-to-order, discontinued, cut-yardage, and clearance items are usually non-returnable. Return authorization is required prior to sending any material back.
